Received a coolpad with broken fan blade

Overall, the build quality seem to be acceptable. The mesh type cover on top ensures the air flow is good. Inside it also has 3 legs to support the weight of the laptops. So, on a high level the cooling pad can hold the small 14" laptops and bigger laptops like 15" MacBook Pro.

The grouse is - my unit was shipped on time and reached without issues. But I found the cooling fan's blade assembly dislodged from the motor and was sticking to the assembly just because of the magnet. It made weird noises when running, and when the laptop cooler was raised, the blades hit the cooler's body and stopped spinning.

I'd advise / request the people at overclockerszone to do some careful inspections before sending the packages from Kolkatta to the customer's address. Would definitely save a lot of time and prevent bad image.

I did not bother to resend the cooler and request a replacement because I used my old fan that lying around to fix iside the cooling pad and using it now.
