Q.When will product be shipped after payment clears?
We normally have a 2 days handling time for most of the products. The product will get dispatched within the same stipulated time. However, pls see the handling time section in the product details for exact shipping schedule. We usually ship within the same day of receiving orders most of the time.
 
Q.What payment options do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment options both Online and Offline. Online payments are accepted through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM cum Debit Cards and online Netbanking through our secure payment gateway. Offline payment can be made by RTGS/NEFT, Cheque or Demand Draft, Cash to our bank account or at any of our branch offices. Pls refer to the Payment Options page for details.
 
Q.I cannot track my item on the courier site?
It usually takes some time for the courier companies to update the information on their website. Pls check again after some time.
 
Q.Will i get discount if i buy multiple products?
Call or email us for the best prices on multiple quantities
 
Q.What is the warranty on the products?
Product warranty period is specified in the Warranty Information tab for each product. Warranty is covered by the manufacturer or their respective service centre.
 
Q.How do i claim warranty?
You can get in touch with the respective service If warranty is offered by a third party service centre with our invoice details. For those brands where warranty is covered by Tirupati Enterprises you may contact rma@tirupati.net or call 09230020999 or even contact our branch office with the date of purchase and invoice details. You can get our branch office details from the About Us page. You need to apply for RMA number before sending the product back to us. Service centre details are mentioned on the MRP sticker on the product.
 
Q.Is the warranty international?
The warranty terms are defined by the manufacturer. Pls visit their website for further details.
 
Q.What if i want shipment to be immediate?
Pls call or email us and we shall try our best to honour your request.
 
Q.I want to know technical details of the product or specs?
Pls refer to the respective manufacturer website for full details
 
Q.Product dispatched and not received?
Pls get in touch with us and we shall help you out ASAP.
 
Q.Product received in not working condition?
Pls return the product to us and we shall replace it with a brand new product. We have a 14 days return policy for dead or defective items. Please refer to Return Policy page under Services
 
Q.Who bears the shipping cost for returns?
Buyer pays for returning the goods and we pay for shipping back the replacement
 
Q.What is dispatch time?
We ship at 6.30pm everyday
 
Q.Is the product new and same as the photo??
We only sell brand new products. Product photos may vary slightly due to change from the manufacturers side
 
Q.I am not satisfied with performance of the product?
We are resellers for the product and ensure that the product is shipped as per the specs and model. For any complaints related to performance, please get in touch with the manufacturer.
 
Q.How many days will it take from date of dispatch to reach my doorstep?
It usually takes 2-3 days for Metro cities and 3-4 days for smaller towns.
 
Q.How do i get to know my shipping details?
Once the product is shipped the details are updated on the website with the courier name and docket details.
